Watch: Trevor Lawrence hits Jamal Agnew for longest TD pass of his career

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence entered Sunday’s matchup with the Baltimore Ravens with 54 career touchdown passes, none of them longer than 59 yards.

That changed in the third quarter, however, as Lawrence hit receiver Jamal Agnew for a 65-yard touchdown pass that not only pulled the Jaguars to within 10-7 but also marked the longest pass and longest touchdown pass of Lawrence’s three-year career.

Lawrence’s previous career-long pass came in Week 14 last season when he connected with Zay Jones for a 59-yarder in a 40-34 overtime win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Per NextGen Stats, Lawrence’s pass to Agnew traveled 50 yards in the air, giving him 471 passing yards off play action, which ranks second in the NFL since Week 11.

The play kept Lawrence’s streak of five straight games with at least one touchdown pass alive. It was Agnew’s first touchdown of the season, making him the eighth different Jaguars player to catch a touchdown this year.
