The Los Angeles Dodgers snapped a two-game losing streak in Cactus League play with a 6-4 comeback win against the Cleveland Guardians. Friday’s game was the Dodgers’ second in a row under the lights as they continue preparing for the season.

Tyler Glasnow bounced back from an inconsistent Dodgers Spring Training debut with a dominant three innings against the Guardians. The right-hander struck out the first two batters faced in a clean inning, and stranded a leadoff walk in the second. Glasnow punctuated his outing with two more strikeouts in the third.

The game remained locked in a scoreless tie until Shohei Ohtani’s chopper to second base got by Andrés Giménez for an RBI single. That was Ohtani’s lone hit in three at-bats of his second Cactus League game of the year.

Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman both went hitless.

Kiké Hernández went 1-for-2 in his first game since re-signing with the Dodgers. Hernández’s extra-base hit included a spin on the Dodgers’ dancing celebration as he included a hip raise movement with it.

The Guardians took a lead in the fifth inning and extended it to 4-1 in the eighth inning. Just as the Dodgers were inching closer to a third consecutive loss, Austin Gauthier’s grand slam gave them a decided lead.

Among pitchers who appeared after Glasnow were Blake Treinen and J.P. Feyereisen. The relief appearance was Feyereisen’s first with the Dodgers and got off to a rocky beginning as he surrendered a leadoff triple that led to a run on a sacrifice fly.
