  Bummer that Rowell denied the excitement to continue. Obviously in retrospect, it would have been great to keep you at the 3yr-39mil tag you and Mully agreed to. Ever since Rowells' name is in the news, downhill for the Dubs.

  Word is the Clips offered Baron to the Warriors for Maggette and Marcus Williams and the Dubs said NO. Just heard that on KNBR, and apparently it's in the Contra Costa Times. I guess at this point having Jamal, Monta and Baron wouldn't make too much sense. It's too bad, Stax + Baron + the rest = magic.

  If Rowell denied a 3yr-39mil contract, why would he take on a 4.5yr-56mil deal.
  Rowell has brought the Dubs back to where we almost crept out of with the "We believe" boys....the NBA doldrums.
  
  How could they let Mully go, and let this guy run the show. Rediculous.

  The team hasn't improved at all since last year but at least the potential has improved a great deal. You've got to get off to a better start next year. Thats two 0 and 7's in a row now for you. The Spurs can weather that but the Clips are too identityless to be expect them to handle an 0 and 7 start.
  
  IMO the team is better right now playing up tempo but you are not playing for regular season wins and 1 or 2 playoff series wins. Its rings or nothing and those only go to teams that play under control. You guys should take advantage of the time you have right now to build a championship caliber identity for next year. Wins are just gravy.
